Hi Maria,
Thanks for the hugely intelligent questions, I am glad you asked so I can cover this situation off for everyone that was to afraid to ask.

Using LastPass for an organisation is a great move, and is a really secure way to ensure everyone has access to what they need access to, without the usual risks of emailing passwords around.
This is what I suggest.
Each person in your organisation should sign up for their own LastPass account, using their own email address (personal one)
Then the as you each create Passwords for the organisation for different things like, Facebook, Twitter, etc you put them in a Group called "Weave Theatre"
Each "owner" of the password can then "share" the password out with the other members of the organisation, see the "share" button your Last Pass Vault.
<img src="http://auspiciousincubator.com.au.s3.amazonaws.com/LastPass_Share_Button.png" alt="Last Pass Vault Share Button" />
When you "share" (not "give" the password see dialogue box example) you actually remain the owner of the password, but the other person cannot see it.
<img src="http://auspiciousincubator.com.au.s3.amazonaws.com/LastPassSharer.png" alt="Last Pass Sharer Dialogue" />
You can also easily see who you have shared your items with, and revoke access to them at any time.
<img src="http://auspiciousincubator.com.au.s3.amazonaws.com/LastPass_Shared_To_List.png" alt="Shared To" />
<img src="http://auspiciousincubator.com.au.s3.amazonaws.com/LastPass_Shared_Items.png" alt="Shared Items" />
So that way everyone in your organisation can have access to everything, but it is easy to revoke if someone leaves, and your Master Password is your own, so it is personal to you and highly secure for you.

So I hope that answers both your questions.

Hi Craig,
thanks for your suggestions about using Last Pass. I read the post and watched the video, but I am not very tech - savvy and therefore still a little bit confused. I don't quite get how the security is maintained if you use Last Pass for an organisation, where you inevitably have more than one person who requires access to email, facebook, etc. Also then at some stage, staff move on and are replaced - so what is the solution that keeps the master password secure?

My second question is, after watching the video it felt to me like Last Pass was collecting the information about any password that I type into my computer. I work at home on my personal computer, doing work for an organisation. So I don't want all my personal passwords being remembered by the same Last Pass account that is retaining all the organisation's passwords, because I don't want others to have my personal passwords.
Can you explain more clearly how it works in this situation? Thanks!

Yes, I just realised that happens too, I am working on a solution. Seems some event is happening when you check the box that I need to set off. Will continue to investigate and see what I can do! Watch this space :)

Was trying it, and everything seemed to work until I hit "Save and Close" and then there were NO guests selected. So, the script checks the boxes, but then it doesn't save....any suggestions?
