My time at the Auspicious Arts caused a major shift in my attitude.
I can directly attribute strategies learnt at the Auspicious Arts Incubator to the
circumstances that have seen me earn more in theatre in the last twelve months than
I had in the last five years. Since finishing with the Auspicious Arts incubator,
I have applied new strategies, become more successful in the business side of my practice,
and am approaching my career with a new found confidence.
The Auspicious Arts Incubator has taught me how to develop a plan, which, when followed
makes the theatre work of my imagination viable in the real world.

I just wanted to write to let you know how things
have progressed since we ‘graduated’ from the
Arts Incubator.
Following the market research and analysis we did whilst working with you, we are now charging higher rates for our services to clients and our increased margins have given us more opportunities to invest in the marketing goals and administrative needs of the company.
Our strategic business plan and action plan are still alive and well and helping us navigate our way through this phase of growth and change. (We recently refreshed these to keep them current).
Also, last night I presented a comprehensive three-year financial plan to the company!
So, thank you. As a program, the Arts Incubator certainly helped us in an important phase of business development. Contrary to the myths, all this focus on business development hasn’t detracted from our artistic achievements at all!
